Terms of Service for ConnectNow

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ConnectNow mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Age Requirement

18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using ConnectNow, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Safety

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

ConnectNow is a community for meeting new people through video, voice, and text. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, you agree NOT to:

  • Post or broadcast sexually explicit, pornographic, or nude content.
  • Engage in bullying, intimidation, harassment, or hate speech.
  • Impersonate another person or falsely represent affiliations.
  • Use the App for spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Capture, record, or distribute screenshots/videos of users without explicit consent.

Community Safety Notice

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content, messages, audio, and video broadcasts you transmit through the App.

Moderation

ConnectNow maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Reporting & Blocking

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users, you must use the in-app "Report" and "Block" features.

Right to Ban

Enforcement Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content and instantly suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Interactions with Other Users

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. ConnectNow makes no guarantees regarding user conduct.

Please take reasonable precautions when interacting with other users, especially if meeting offline or in person.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • ConnectNow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users within the App. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
